Team bonding begins
The latest Prior Knowledge PADI Instructor Development Course is about to get underway at Emperor Divers in Sharm and what better way for the team to get to know each other than to practice some first aid skills on each other!
Platinum PADI Course Director loves to teach the EFR Instructor Course as it is a taste of what’s to come during the instructor development course. During EFRI training, we discuss learning styles and teaching techniques and get some practical experience of both. It sets a foundation for further exploration later during the PADI Instructor Development Course.
The team has quite a few years of teaching experience between them, either in scuba diving or other activities. Drawing on this experience, they already agree that instructors need to stop teaching and instead allow people to learn.
During the next few days, we are going to discover just how we can do this to maximum benefit to our students.
