PART 1

Well it’s not actually an IDC lesson! it’s more an impromptu talk about the importance of why Instructors should keep their briefings short, and also how to keep them effective.
This is just part 1.  There is another post following this one with part 2.  Here in Part one, I mostly speak about WHY the briefings should be short, and in Part 2 I mostly speak about what goes into the briefings.
