Celebrating high scores
Yesterday, the foundations for teaching in confined water were laid down and today we tested that the foundation was solid. It was and some great scores reflected the achievement.
As the IDC candidates confidence levels grew, we build on that foundation, pushing the boundaries wider by getting them to practice teaching skills from continuing education courses.
Teaching more advanced skills
It’s at this point of the PADI IDC when the candidates begin to realise that they are the one in control of the situation.
It really is a wonder to see the speedy transition from day to day as the candidates gain confidence and change from Certified Assistants to Instructors. Staff Instructor candidates are always amazed at how quickly IDC Candidates gain competence.
