Have you ever wanted to buy something, and researched the Internet for advice?  Have you been overwhelmed by the advice, the options and the advertising? How on earth can you be sure to make the right decision?

A few months ago, I wanted to buy a new car. It’s not often that I buy a car, so I wanted to be sure that I made the right choice. I wanted a reliable and comfortable car that would be a pleasure to drive. So I did my research.. Wow! The car dealers swamped me with “goodies”  They tried to impress me with incidental temptations that did nothing to help me choose the car that I needed.
Bells and Whistles were added to unsuitable cars, Offers of “Cheap” and offers of free Roadside Assistance were all dangled in front of me… but what I wanted was a reliable and comfortable car.

If you’re planning on becoming a PADI Instructor at some time, and you’re looking for a reliable Course Director, you have the same problem!!! You know that you want to be the very best PADI Instructor and that you’ll have your future Students asking you time and time again for more and more courses. You want to be very effective and successful ..that’s why you want to become an Instructor.

But try to Google Course Directors!!!  You’ll get a lot of confusing offers!  Here are some of the temptations..  As you look at each of them, keep in mind that most of all you want a Course Director that will teach you to become a successful and popular Instructor.

++ Cheap!!  ( avoid these like the plague.. how bad does the CD need to be if they are the cheapest?)

++ 100 pct pass rate !! ( it’s not difficult to make this claim, but it suggests that the CD is concentrating on passing an exam rather than making you popular in the future. Often the claim is deceitful as it doesn’t always refer to the IE, and if it does, the claim is often not applicable to “First Time” passes)

++ Glorious Location!! (Whilst the adventure and excitement of doing your IDC in an exotic location might impress you, don’t forget why you are there! I have had many many emails from people that have been tempted to fly to a wonderful destination, only to be horrified by the quality of their Course Director  and IDC)

++ Sidemount, Technical, Facemask add ons ( Tempting Bells and Whistles that are nice to have.. but is the Course Director suitable to teach you what you want in the first place? )

So!  What can I offer you?

Well, I am a Platinum Course Director that has now taught over 4000 PADI Courses. I have NEVER had even one complaint. I concentrate on teaching People, and not courses. I’ll pass on lots of my secrets that have made me successful in my lifetime.

I’ll show you how to teach every single one of your future Students regardless of their learning styles.  I use a lot of fun, psychology and interaction to teach my courses, and I’ll teach you to be able to do the same.

My past candidates have not only passed their Instructor Exam ( that’s the easy bit! ) but a huge percentage of them have gone on to become extremely  successful PADI Instructors by using the methods that I teach. I use a lot of “Life Skills” and “Real Life Situations” to help you along. It always involves a lot of laughter as well.

Your PADI IDC will be the most important scuba diving course that you’ll ever take, so please do your research, and choose the one that is right for you. Location, Price and Claims are all very well, but will you get what YOU want out of it?
