Today Karl qualified as an EFR Instructor and along the way, he picked up some wonderful psychological methods that top instructors use to teach their students.
Karl learnt that instead of trying to correct people, often it’s best just to “Allow People to Learn” He learned several techniques that encouraged this to happen.
Karl is an active PADI Divemaster from Essex so any new teaching techniques that come along are put straight into his teaching toolkit.
Karl hopes that his time commitments will allow him to become a PADI Instructor. He hope to be joining our PADI Instructor Development Course later this year at Emperor Divers in Sharm el Sheikh.
