If you’ve already done an IDC with me, you’ll know that my IDCs are filled with tips and tricks to get your student to learn quickly.  Instructors are encouraged to “Teach less”  and instead “Allow people to learn”

What will I do during these courses?

We spend 2/3 days discussing the psychology of how people learn. Each of the days is dedicated to show people how to teach in three areas.

In the Classroom

– How to truly teach SCUBA diving (NOT theory!) to prepare people for their journey ahead. You’ll learn to use the same psychology that top sports coaches use for optimum performance. Staff Instructors will learn how to evaluate and give positive feedback to IDC or AI candidates

In Confined Water

– How to “allow people to learn” naturally (and neutrally) using each persons individual learning style. Truly prepare them for Open Water. Staff Instructors will learn how to evaluate and give positive feedback to IDC or AI candidates.
