Yvonne and Keith arrived in Sharm yesterday, they had met in the Hotel last night, but still didn’t know each other very well. That was all going to change! They had both travelled from the UK to join our Instructor Development Course which starts tomorrow. But today, they were first going to learn about becoming an instructor to teach First Aid.

A Perfect way to form a bond! As you can see from these photos! They soon settled down and realised that although we were in a “Classroom” they could still relax and be comfortable by chatting and laughing.
Both Keith and Yvonne were already very comfortable with First Aid, in fact Keith is a Marshall at the famous TT races close to his home on the Isle of Man.  Motor Cycling is another passion of his.

The EFR instructor course is packed with lots of tips about how to teach courses in a way that puts the Learner in complete control. Perfect preparation for the IDC that starts tomorrow!
Both of them were very impressed with the learning techniques that they learned and are both looking forward to putting them into practice on their first EFR courses.

I, on the other hand had other ideas! I was looking forward to them putting into practice much sooner than that!  in the next couple of days during their IDC! I was very pleased as both Yvonne and Keith were already thinking and acting like Instructors.  This was going to be a great course!
